Shipping Policy

At Jaysias, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order on schedule.

Shipping process

Our shipping process is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
  • Processing Time: All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Time: Shipping Time: Once your order is ready and leaves our warehouse, shipping time will depend on your location in the world (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Time

  • US: 3-5 Business days (Monday to Friday).
  • UK, Europe: 12-18 Business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Asia, Africa: 14-21 Business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Rest of the world: 14-21 Business days (Monday to Friday).

*This is only a shipping time and does not include processing time.

Shipping Fee:

  • US: £8.99.
  • UK, Europe: £15.99.
  • Rest of the world: £17.99.

Tracking

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control.
